Vector Group Ltd (VGR) was delisted on October 7 due to a tender offer at $15. Since the majority of shareholders tendered their shares, the merger was approved on October 7, 2024. VGR became a wholly owned subsidiary of the JT Group and was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n

Consequently, to maintain market exposure, we are replacing VGR with another Consumer Staples stock. The trade is effective at the market close on October 11, 2024.<\/p>\n
