The SP score is derived from the performance (69.8) and risk (15.5) score. The company has great value and yield. The performance decreased overtime which is negative, but sales and earnings per share grew at a healthy pace specially in the last year.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35799\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inovestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/POW-IV.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"645\" height=\"452\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our system has long considered POW to be undervalued, but this time the market seems to agree with our views. As we see, the intrinsic value is still higher than share price and so the share price seems to have room to increase even more.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>let&#8217;s continue with <strong>SMU.UN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35787\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inovestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Summit-scorecard.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1576\" height=\"645\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>SMU.UN<\/strong> has a solid SP score of 63 fueled by its strong performance (60.93) score and risk\u00a0 score (30.2). Our system evaluates SMU.UN to be an equal weighted stock in terms of factor except for the lack of momentum. Summit had robust sales and earnings growth this year while having incredible 5-year metrics.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35783\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inovestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/SMU.UN-Peers.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1034\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Based on Stockpointer, SMU.UN is the best of its class compared to other REITs. It is higher than the horizontal line, meaning that the stock is profitable, and is in the right cadran meaning that the stock is still considered cheap.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Finally, <strong>TOU.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35795\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inovestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Tou-scorecard.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1576\" height=\"646\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOU<\/strong> has a below average SP score of 53 due to its lack of long-term performance, the performance score is of only 48.2 while the risk score stands at 29.4. Our system considers TOU to be a value quality with a lot of growth potential.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inovestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/TOU-Perf-Spread.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"144\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>TOU<\/strong> is a riskier pick as seen by its performance spread. The company mostly destroyed value for shareholders in the last 5 years. We need to consider that the environment wasn&#8217;t easy for oil and gas companies. Has the time changed?
